Materials:
All the materials featured in the product contact surfaces or in the filling environment are:
1. Titanium (shafts)
2. AISI 316 Stainless Steel Halar coated (ie.Tank)
3. Super duplex Steel ( framework coating)
4. Plastic Material (PVC CAW , H/L DPE, TEFLON)
Flows:
All electrical and weighing components are inside an overpressure sandwich guard to be protected from corrosive steams.
The filling environment cabin is held under suction to suck out the fumes released by the product with forced infeed of clean
air for all parts not allowed to be built with corrosion proof materials.
